Wei Guangyan pointed out that 2024 is the first year of the company’s “Double Hundred Reform”, the beginning year of the company’s listing and cultivation, the “Strategic Culture Upgrade Year” of the company, and the beginning year of a significant historical transformation period in the company’s development momentum, speed, and quality from low to high in the next five years. To continuously promote the high-quality development of the company and achieve various work goals and tasks for the whole year and the next five years, the key lies in cadres, implementation, and effectiveness.
The development history and achievements of the company in recent years have verified the correctness and feasibility of the current development strategy, and have consolidated the efforts and achievements of all cadres and employees. In the face of the current major historical opportunity period, the majority of leading cadres should continue to strive to be role models for work and entrepreneurship, be planners, executors, promoters, and implementers of various tasks, work together, immerse themselves in the company, be participants and witnesses of the company’s development, and help the company maintain stable and healthy development.
The work goals for 2024 and the development path for the next five years have been determined. Leaders and cadres should combine the annual work plan and transform around six aspects: institutional mechanisms, business models, business ecology, market positioning, development methods, and management methods.
