Suitable for thick coal seam upward mining working face, with a maximum upward mining angle of 20 °

 

Structural characteristics

 

1. Fully consider the problems existing in the support force, coal wall fragmentation, roof caving, difficulty in moving the support, coal loading and unloading effect, and impact prevention of the fully mechanized mining face. Develop and test according to the requirements of Class A support in GB25974-2010 standard, with high reliability and long service life characteristics;

 

2. Optimization design of bracket parameters, reasonable arrangement of column positions, and optimization of base front end pressure ratio;

 

3. The front and rear double link mechanism has good stability, high reliability, and strong anti torsion ability of the bracket;

 

4. Hinged top beam with front beam with expansion beam and protective plate structure, the top beam and protective beam are two-way movable side protective plates;

 

5. The base is a rigid structure with a lifting mechanism and a hinged push rod;

 

6. Increasing the stroke of the bracket insertion plate and the size of the coal discharge port improves the coal discharge speed, which is beneficial for enlarging the lump coal;

 

7. The flow rate of the column control valve group is selected as 500L/min, and equipped with a 1000L/min high flow safety valve, which can effectively resist impact ground pressure;

 

8. Adopting backwash filtration and emulsion recovery technology to achieve emulsion recycling and reuse;

 

9. The hydraulic system adopts electro-hydraulic control operation and multi system circuit linkage control to adapt to the upward mining working face.
